“I knew I would pass away”

For three years, Maria Edinete da Silva, 30, resident in Taquarituba do Norte, Pernambuco, underwent treatments to prevent from her own death. “I was diagnosed with cancer, lymphoma in the neck, lung and hip and all of them malignant. I had all of treatments the doctors could prescribe me and three years later I got to the terminal condition. Thus, the hospital released me because they said there was nothing else to be done to me. I knew I would pass away”.

However, Maria met the Worldwide Church of God`s Power on TV as well as the Power of God through the work done. “I started to believe that, if doctors couldn`t do anything, God could. Due to my ignorance, at that time, I didn`t consider God above all, but as my last resource. Following the work, I got to understand more about God. I passed the anointed oil, the little towel ‘Be You A Blessing’, and the anointed water using the faith as the bishops and the Apostle teach us”.

After seeking very much, Maria came back to the doctors. “I asked them for new exams with the argument I would keep the treatment even being considered inefficient. I made them do it. After seeing my exams, all of the responsible people for my treatment became astounded at the results because I had nothing else. There was no signal of lymphoma, no cancer. The Power of God healed me. I glorify and testify His Power to everyone. Jesus is everything in my life”.
