“Everything started when I received the news from doctors that my brother was practically dead and would die at any moment.,” tells Sueli Pereira da Silva Izalane, 58. “The doctors told my sister, who has worked at the hospital São Paulo for ten years. She called me saying that my brother Celso was hospitalized and he had just one percent of chance of living. He would be operated on and the surgery was risky. There was chance for him to die. On the other hand, if he weren`t operated on, his death would be certain.”

Celso, the brother himself, confirms the news given by the sister Suely today. “I swallowed the dental prosthesis and its frame pierced my intestine. So, feces spread all over the internal organs. I was hospitalized fast with generalized infection.” Explains Celso Pereira da Silva Izalane, 48.

Suely says that when she heard about her brother`s condition, she refused to accept and put his condition in God`s hands. “I went to the hospital and when the doctors told me about what had happened, I couldn`t simply accept that my brother was dead, sentenced. At the same moment, I said it wouldn`t be that way because through my faith, God would give his life back to him. I`ve already seen so many miracles then I couldn`t doubt it”, she states. Suely went to the Worldwide City of God`s dreams in Brás, east zone of São Paulo, carrying a picture of her brother and hope in her heart. “I asked the bishop Jorge Pinheiro to pray while I was passing in the hand imposition, and he determined the healing of my brother. Half an hour later, I received a message form my sister saying he was getting better and recovering, I could be in peace because my brother didn`t die. At the same time, I glorified the name of Jesus Christ out loud.” Together, Suely and Celso got to the altar to testify the miracle, which was performed by the Power of God in his life. He received a hug from the bishop Jorge Pinheiro, who was the used vase by God to determine his healing. “I`m very thankful for God and this ministry because if I`m alive it was because of Jesus Christ`s Power” Celso explains emotionally.
