“Our life was full of sadness, my husband lived under drugs”, tells Tatiane Santos Cavalcante about her husband, Fábio Cavalcante Filho, 32. “I almost didn`t have a husband. He didn`t attended the delivery of our two daughters, broke everything at home, spent days in streets. I didn`t know what to do anymore.”

Fábio said that at that time, he wanted to quit, but alone he wasn`t strong enough. “I used marihuana, cocaine, crack for three years and I drank a lot of alcoholic drinks. I spent my life under addiction, I wanted to quit, but I wasn`t strong enough, I got into depression because of drugs. I used, then I regretted, I said I wouldn`t use it anymore, some hours later, the abstinence came and I used again”.

It was Tatiane who met Jesus Christ through the Worldwide Church of God`s Power. “I walked in the streets when I passed in front of a temple, I heard the preaching and I got in there. I accepted Jesus and started to seek God for the salvation and deliverance of my husband.”. Tatiane`s faith was honored, tells Fábio. “It`s been four years since God delivered me and I accepted Jesus. Today my family is blessed. And God has thrived us for merci. I thank God for this ministry because Jesus gave me strength and new life. We are very thankful for God.”
