“If it weren`t for God and my wife, I don`t know what my life could be”, says José Pascoal Romano, 55, resident in Guarulhos, São Paulo. “I spent more than thirty years under the addiction of cocaine and alcoholism. I used to drink all of kinds of alcoholic drinks, cognac, beer, whisky, and wine. I used to spend days in the streets while my family suffered without having anything in life. My wife broke up with me once, but we started living together again. I almost lost my wife and my three children”.

In 2001, the history of José changed, when he had a true meeting with the gospel of Jesus. “I met this ministry and started to seek God, I wanted to be free, persevere, but always faithful. I drank the blessed water every time I felt like having alcoholic drinks and passed water on my nose in order to quit using cocaine. God performed the full work in my life, restored my marriage, and delivered me from addiction with fifteen days in the ministry.

For the last two years God has thrived me. Today, I live as if I were still in honeymoon with my wife, with a won case of more than one hundred thousand reais. God is really good.”
