A problem in her spine made the resident of Águas Lindas de Goiás, Goiás, Maria da Paixão Laura de Souza, 46, be paralyzed from the left side of her body. “I spent more than ten years with problems, aware of the lack of a cure for my back according to medical science. I was supposed to be paralyzed for the rest of my life. I could just move with the help of a walking stick as well as the aid of others. I felt completely disabled for everything, and there was no remedy which could work out or could relieve those pains.”

Maria found balm for her pains in Jesus Christ. “I met the Worldwide Church of God`s Power on the TV program, and I started to rely on Him aware that He could do everything. I attended prayers, to cry out for my cure. So, I reached the mercy of God. At home, I was healed from pains and paralysis by the power of God. I thank the Lord very much”.
