“I smoked fifty-seven years of my life”, says Noé Ferreira de Souza, 75, resident in Formosa, São Paulo. “I had tried to quit many years, but the addiction kept destroying my health little by little to a moment when I got a lung cancer, so I would die because of the cigarettes”.

However, Noé`s history took another direction when he met Jesus Christ through the work performed by the Worldwide Church of God`s Power. “At home, I met this church on TV and I started to seek God with the Apostle and Bishops of God. He blessed my life, I was delivered from cigarettes in short time. As I had exams to control the cancer, I found out I was also healed of lung cancer. I don`t have anything issues anymore for the glory of God”, declares emotionally.
