“I spent nineteen years of my life with leprosy on my body full of wounds and it scratched, bled, and hurt. I used to have two or three showers a day to see whether it could relieve the pain I felt”, tells José Avelino Carvalho da Silva, 72, resident of Curitiba, Paraná. “I suffered a lot. Doctors told me there was no way out much less any remedy to relieve that pain. Wounds came and went by constantly”

José got to know about the Worldwide Church of God`s Power through his wife. “She told me Jesus used to operate miracles in this ministry and I could be healed. I started to follow her when we got the news that the Worldwide City of God`s Dream would be released in Paraná near home. I decided to go there to receive a prayer”.

By faith, José received the miracle. “At the opening date I asked people excuse in order for me to get closer to the altar hopeful to be hugged by the man of God and receive my cure. I got a hug from Apostle Valdemiro Santiago and the Bishop Francileia. Apostle prophesized that in nineteen days my body would be healed. In fourteen days the prophecy was fulfilled and my body got clean from all wounds like a child`s skin. I`m very thankful for God”
