", I was sentenced to 80 years in prison due to my crimes," says Sidney da Silva, 35. "I've committed theft, robbery and murder. I got to fulfill 17 years in seclusion. But even before that, I was a hard work for my family since I was eight years old, I was involved in delinquency ".

In freedom, Sidney testifies. "Three and a half years ago, I surrendered at the feet of the Lord. My mother was a server at the World Church of God`s Power and she cried out a lot for my life, while I watched the Apostle with other inmates, the Holy Spirit caught up with me and I surrendered to Jesus.

After these years with God, I decided to exercise my faith; I was no longer able to accept to stay in prison. I wrote an appeal, a benefit in his own hand, to appeal the jury's decision and put a washcloth you be a blessing to the petition, then prayed to God for days, until I got the answer, in the form of license. I glorify God now for my salvation, for my life and for my freedom. "
