“I should have spent twenty-two years in prison if it weren`t for love of Jesus Christ, manifested through the life of the people in this ministry ” says Evailson Souza Santos, 29, resident of Osasco, São Paulo. “I was a robber and a drug dealer, a user of all kinds of drugs.

I was arrested because of robberies and drug dealings. In prison, I met this ministry. I spent two years following my sentence while my mother and several other members of this ministry took me the Bible and little towels. I didn`t want to know about churches and in prison the biggest part of people decide what to watch on TV and even not agreeing, I watched the show of this ministry.

It was through the preaching that I became hopeful again. I wanted a different and better life and I accepted Jesus for love. I was delivered from drugs, crime. Two years later, I was released unexpectedly and I know it was a gift from God. Today, God gave me a honest job, a car and a house, the life I`ve always dreamed of”
