“My life was miserable, I needed to take the leftovers of fish and fruits at CEASA so I could have something to eat.” Says Solene da Silva Batista, 60 years old. “I borrowed money to come to church. I was sad, obese, my life was garbage. There were so many sad moments that I don't even like to remember”.

The change in Solene’s life came by acknowledging God's power through this work. “I went through hand imposition and asked God for a transformation in my life. I started joining the vows even without money and, when I finished one, I started another and didn't let them stack so I wouldn't be trapped and let things go south.

Holding the photos resembling to her victory, Solene adds: “The secret to change is to be loyal to God in the tithe and offerings. You honor to be honored. It was just like this with me. After starting with the contribution, God changed my life. I have my own house, houses rented, a three thousand reais allowance. I eat what I want whenever I want. Above all that, I'm truly happy with Jesus in my heart”.
