The health worker was addicted to smoking for 28 years. Filling the inner void left by anxiety and nervousness were the main reasons that contributed to the development of addiction. She smoked 1 carton and a half of cigarette every day.

"I worked at night and I was nervous about the shifts, it was when I smoked to try to ease what I felt. I have known this work for six years and I am free. I do not smoke anymore, "he said.
