"A few years ago, you (Apostle Valdemiro Santiago) made the purpose of tithing double, and we were going through financial difficulty, even to pay the bills of the auto school," says Josue Monteiro de Oliveira along with his wife Maria da Consolação Ramos, residents of Itapecerica da Serra.
