Pray and intercede for us

Jesus wants the salvation of every human beings, we need to pray for all of them

Praying is very important, supplicating God is very important, interceding. Praying for others means to intercede. God`s Word teaches us to do that for all of men. God hears us in all of our supplication and intercession. We just intercede for someone if we are hopeful

We have to be hopeful like anchors of life because, in Hebrew 6.19, our faith is compared to an anchor, a heavy instrument to anchor, to steady the boat. This anchor is our hope. The ones who don`t have hope, they are wandering. The life, which is our boat, is dragged everywhere, with no anchor, no hope we will be lost. The anchor is the anchor of the soul and penetrates beyond the veil or beyond the Saint of the Saints, the space where every priest used to access in the presence of God. When Jesus Christ died for us, He tore the veil and today, anyone, even those who are in the mud, can access in the presence of God

It`s hope to our soul because in any circumstance, we can be sure to be in the presence of God, ask for His mercy, His help. So, when we intercede for anyone, we are hopeful for our intercession to be answered Do you want a calm and restful life? God said you might have it through respect and compassion. Pray for the authorities. It`s stupidity to be against them. If you are against politicians and entrepreneurs, how will you receive your salary? We have to pray for them, for our nation, our bosses. Thank God for receiving your salary, your retirement plan, your job. Pray for the authorities, for your boss fo God to bless you and for your job to be guaranteed, for them to appreciate your work and give you promotion, for you to climb up the corporate ladder together with the company. It`s wise to pray for them. Never believe in the evil`s talk to curse your boss, your employer, to say bad things about the government because tomorrow the governor is changed and everything will change too. It doesn`t matter who he is, you have to pray for them. Never wish them bad conditions. If any crime is committed, they will pay for that, but our responsibility, as Christians, is to pray for them. Have you thought that tomorrow that politician, or that judge, that entrepreneur get converted and fear God? The history of the country will change. A converted man will not rob, steal, he will do good and help people. The revolution starts with your knees on the ground. God wants to rescue the beggar as well as the governor. He wants to rescue all of men. How will it happen if the church doesn`t pray? We are the church of Christ. If we don`t pray for them, who will? Evil works freely because no one combats with prayers. But Jesus gave Himself to rescue all of us. We were Gentiles and Paul was called to pray for all also for us. The message of the Gospel has to be preached for all. Our lives are living testimonials for skeptical ones. Our prayers modify their lives. Pray in favor of everyone. Jesus came to all of us so God wants everyone to be converted. Paul was designated as preacher, or priest, or pastor, or bishop and it`s not profession. When people ask me about my profession, I say I`m an accountant. Being a pastor, bishop, priest it`s not a job or employment or means of living, it`s a call. We preach the Word through God`s call. You, who are in the ministry, have to understand that We can choose having our life, having peace. So, start praying for the authorities and see the direct result of that, favorable in your life.
