Daniel and his fellows were honored for a desperate situation

When the king Nebuchadnezzar had a dream, he asked sorcerers, astrologers, enchanters, and Chaldeans for coming to the palace to interpret it. When they arrived, the king declared: “The king answered and said to the Chaldeans, The thing is gone from me: if ye will not make known unto me the dream, with the interpretation thereof, ye shall be cut in pieces, and your houses shall be made a dunghill.”, Daniel 2:5. But none of them could interpret it, so, the king told his officers to kill of wise men of Babylon. This way, they brought Daniel as well as his friends to kill them all. So, Daniel asked to talk to the king: “Then Daniel went in, and desired of the king that he would give him time, and that he would shew the king the interpretation.” Daniel 2:16. At that moment, Daniel acted by faith because he didn`t have the interpretation from God for Nebuchadnezzar, but he asked for sometime in order to solve that problem otherwise they would die. He was sure that if he prayed together with his fellows, God would provide him with the answer and would save his life as well as his friends’ lives. When we go through conflicts, problems, upheavals, pursuits, we have to act by faith, we need to mirror ourselves on Daniel, being men and women of God, we have to be sure that God is with us no matter the situation might be, even if we are at the edge of death. Gracefully and mercifully the Lord Jesus Christ provided Daniel with the answer, on more time, showing in the Holy Bible He is loyal, and with that, Daniel and his fellows were released from death. That will happen to you too because God will be loyal fulltime.

“Daniel answered and said, Blessed be the name of God for ever and ever: for wisdom and might are his:”, Daniel 2:20. At this part, we can also learn and mirror ourselves on Daniel and later the Lord showed the interpretation of the dream. Daniel thanked the Lord, worshipped Him deep from his heart.

Daniel and his fellows were honored due to a desperate situation. The king gave several gifts and even a position of governor of all the province of Babylon. This way, it will happen to you, brave man or woman of Christ, and you will be honored together with their family on earth and in Heaven. Years later, Belshazzar, the son of Nebuchadnezzar, became the king of that nation, and at first, Daniel was forgotten. How many times has our life changed and we are left behind? We are not seen before that person or situation, but we have to understand that God is in charge of everything and every situation. When those fingers of a man appeared and wrote on the wall of the palace, the king Belshazzar needed someone to decode that new mystery and the queen remembered about Daniel “There is a man in thy kingdom, in whom is the spirit of the holy gods; and in the days of thy father light and understanding and wisdom, like the wisdom of the gods, was found in him; whom the king Nebuchadnezzar thy father, the king, I say, thy father, made master of the magicians, astrologers, Chaldeans, and soothsayers”. Daniel 5:11. So, Daniel prayed and had the interpretation from God, and one more time he was honored in that palace. However, at the same time according to the interpretation of the mystery, Belshazzar lost his kingdom and was murdered. It didn`t matter the moment, Daniel was always a man of God; he always had wisdom because he knew God was with him. You have to be the same way, the light of Jesus Christ can`t go off in your life, even on days of anxiety, you have to be strong. “If thou faint in the day of adversity, thy strength is small.” Proverbs 24:10. Be strong in the Lord. Dario became the king due to the circumstances and honored Daniel`s life Like God was present in every moments of Daniel`s life, He is and will always be with you , believe, rely, and be faithful. He is with you.
