Be Close To Christ

You will recognized as man and woman of God

When we become dependent on God, we pray, we fast, we read the Word constantly, we get really close to God and He becomes very important in our lives. “There was a small boy, who was with his father, looking at the sky, so he asked his father: - How big is God, Dad? The father didn`t know how to answer him, so he kept thinking when he saw a plane flying in the sky, then he said: - Son, how big is the plane? The boy looked at it and said: - Oh, it`s very small, isn`t it Dad? Days later, his father took him to the airport and asked him again: - Son, how big is the plane? The boy surprised at how big it was, said: - Oh, it`s very big. Why was that one in sky so small? His father answered: - it was small because we were far from it, and now it`s huge because we are close to it. God is this way too. If we are away from Him, He is small; if we are close to Him, He is huge.”

My brother and my sister, get close to God, thus you will see how big He is, you will closely see the wonders He will perform in your life. Never wish seeing God away, but look forward to being closer and closer to the Father.

So, David opened his heart in one prayer telling the Lord the number of his adversaries had multiplied, and unfortunately, like it was in the past, it`s the same today. It seems that the more you pray, you seek, you fast, the more numerous your adversaries become. Be aware that who fights in your war, it`s not you, but the Almighty God. In 1 Chronicles 29:11, David also beg the Lord: “Thine, O Lord is the greatness, and the power, and the glory, and the victory, and the majesty: for all that is in the heaven and in the earth is thine; thine is the kingdom, O Lord, and thou art exalted as head above all”. Unfortunately, some men become eager to power because they believe in their own strength, their own skills and they want to be powerful, so they portalt power belongs exclusively to God. The Lord is the One who selects, separates, assigns, invests in people, and many of them get lost for not being aware that the power comes from God, but the psalmist assures that the power comes from the Lord. Many people believe in being powerful, but they are humiliated because the only One who really chooses is God. The Lord is the only One who has the power of exalting the humiliated ones. Remember, my brother, who can prevent God from taking action? God is the Almighty; He is bigger than everything and everyone. You will be recognized as the man and the woman of God. Like victory, health, peace, honor, growth, and everything else belongs exclusively to God. The same as in the history of the plane, for you to see God huge, you have to be close to Him. You and I need everything, so be close to Him because the last word comes from Heaven. “Both riches and honour come of thee, and thou reignest over all; and in thine hand is power and might; and in thine hand it is to make great, and to give strength unto all”, 1 Chronicles 29:12. Everything you and I need is in God`s hands.
