God has to be your first option

“We need to seek the answer in Him first of all.”

In 2 Kings 3.7, it is said: “Then he went and sent to Jehoshaphat king of Judah, saying, “The king of Moab has rebelled against me. Will you go with me to fight against Moab?” And he said, “I will go up; I am as you are, my people as your people, my horses as your horses.” We can see that at this moment, the king of Israel followed his mind, and he didn`t check any prophet to get to know about the plan of God for that condition. The Lord was the second option for him in that war. Maybe you judge the king of Israel for him to do what he believed it was right to be done. How many times have we made the same mistake? We do what we think it is right to be done without praying or seeking God`s instructions. The secret of the victory is just to rely on God, to deliver your whole life in His hands.

God is or Celestial Father, and He has to be our first option Deus, we have to seek His answer first of all. We have to be aware that He is our best friend; we have to be close to Him, to tell Him our dreams, our difficulties, and our wishes, so this way He will provide us with the answer.

“So the king of Israel went with the king of Judah and the king of Edom, and they marched on that roundabout route seven days; and there was no water for the army, nor for the animals that followed them,” II Kings 3:9. As they decided the way to be followed together with the king of Israel, God was not on that route, so difficulties started to show up, the real water was over, and the spiritual water, which represents the presence of God, was over as well. Thus, they were done How many times we take a decision based on man`s advice, and we run out of water? We quit the presence of the living God, and unfortunately, difficulties show up right away, problems arise, needs arise. We have to be before God`s presence every time; we have to ask Him for direction, we need this water every day of our lives. There are deserts that God allows us to undergo for us to grow spiritually, and He with His endless kindness undergoes together with us. However, there are deserts man himself seek, and unfortunately, he undergoes alone because he didn`t seek God`s instructions. “And the king of Israel said, Alas! For the Lord has called these three kings together to deliver them into the hand of Moab”, II Kings 3:10. When difficulties arose, they remembered God, and they blame Him for their problems. If you undergo any hardship, never blame God because you were the one who took decisions without seeking Him. Claim the Lord, ask Him to come into your case because when we bow down to God, you touch God`s heart. He is the Almighty, and He opens all doors where you can`t see any door, He heals those who were hopeless by the doctors, He restores that broken home, He brings peace where we have war. “But Jehoshaphat said, “Is there no prophet of the Lord here, that we may inquire of the Lord by him?” So one of the servants of the king of Israel answered and said, “Elisha the son of Shaphat is here, who poured water on the hands of Elijah”, II Kings 3:11. By now, you may have understood you need God`s help. He is the only One who can remove you from this hardship The Lord talked to those men through Elisha: “And he said, “Thus says the Lord: ‘Make this valley full of ditches.’ 17 For thus says the Lord: ‘You shall not see wind, nor shall you see rain; yet that valley shall be filled with water, so that you, your cattle, and your animals may drink’, II Kings 3:16-17. God always has the solution for your life even when you believe there is no way out, claim the Lord because He always has the best to offer us.
