God makes haste to bless you

“This son was dead and is alive; he was lost and is found (…)”

In Luke 15:11 e 12 it is said: “Then He said: “A certain man had two sons. 12 And the younger of them said to his father, ‘Father, give me the portion of goods that falls to me.’ So he divided to them his livelihood.” That young man`s father could deny the heritage, but he gave the young boy everything that belonged to him. God is alike, He is not supposed to give us everything we ask Him for because it`s not the right time, but sometimes we are stubborn children, and we want that to happen at that moment, and the Lord provides us with that huge inheritance. “And not many days after, the younger son gathered all together, journeyed to a far country, and there wasted his possessions with prodigal living,” Luke 15:13. That man, ran his life away from his father the way he believed to be right spending all of his money with the wishes of the flesh. How many times do we quit the way we live according to God`s law to live according to our flesh? How much money and time have we wasted to fulfill our flesh wish? It will just take us to the bottom of the hill because we do everything that upsets God.

The problem is not to have freedom because in Jesus Christ we are free, but what we do with it. We have the choice of deciding on what path we want to follow, but God, our Celestial Father, prepared the best planning for our lives and even so, do you want to follow what is on your mind? Seek the Lord for what He has for your life.

“But when he had spent all, there arose a severe famine in that land, and he began to be in want,” Luke 15:14. Crisis achieved that country that young boy was, and as he spent all his money on useless things, he didn`t have money to buy him food Many men and women, who lived the best that God provided them, undergo hardship now, but it wasn`t God who planned that condition for them because He wants us to have the best that this land can offer us. Today, you harvest what you planted in the past. The Bible reports that man went to the farm of a man to look after pigs and as he was starving he wanted to eat the pig's nutrition. “And he would gladly have filled his stomach with the pods that the swine ate, and no one gave him anything. “But when he came to himself, he said, ‘How many of my father’s hired servants have bread enough and to spare, and I perish with hunger! 18 I will arise and go to my father and will say to him, “Father, I have sinned against heaven, and before you, 19 and I am no longer worthy to be called your son. Make me like one of your hired servants”, Luke 15:16-19. At that moment, that man had the attitude of coming back to his father`s home the way he was, dirty, hungry, old clothes, barefoot. You have to come back to God`s house, and it doesn`t matter what you might have done. Come the way you are; you have just to come because God`s arms are the best place for us to be “And he arose and came to his father. But when he was still a great way off, his father saw him and had compassion, and ran and fell on his neck and kissed him”, Luke 15:20. The way he looked at his father, his father looked at him distantly Our Father, the Creator of the Universe, also looks at us distantly and when we are running towards Him, He comes to welcome us with His arms open. Come to have this experience with the Lord God now the way you are because He is waiting for you. On that day there was joy in that farm, the father told the laborers to bring their best clothes and shoes to have a party because “for this, my son was dead and is alive again; he was lost and is found.’ And they began to be merry”, Luke 15:24. Our God makes haste to bless you. He wants to provide you with the best things, come back to the Father`s home.
