Worship Just God From Your Heart

Run away from idolatry and never sit down at devil`s table

We have just to worship God. 1 Corinthians 10: 14 tells us to run away from idolatry. Some of us have not so good habits. You might enjoy habits, admire artists, players, but you mustn`t worship them. We are just one body and Christ is the head of the church. In the past, God received animal sacrifice like lambs and cattle. Today, after Jesus Christ, God wants the sacrifice mentioned in Romans 12: 1, which is our life, our body for the holy, pleasant, living sacrifice. God must be pleased with our behavior, our life. Life under holy sacrifice is life away from evil, which is offered by the world, together with a rational service, true and under discernment, a thoughtful service. Our heart must be towards God; our thought must be in the Lord.

God doesn`t want us to be linked to the devil. We have to serve either God or devil. That`s why He tells us to in Romans that we have to offer our bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is our true and proper worship. We have to be true to God; to be the same person inside and out of the church. You can`t sit down at the table of the Lord and at devil`s table, you have to make a choice.

We can`t serve ourselves from both tables, either we serve from God`s or from devil`s, either we drink from God`s cup or devil`s. Attending devil`s situations makes God upset who feels jealous at us. I don`t mean the sick jealousy, God looks after us. Everyone can make a mistake, but if we make a mistake, we are punished. Everyone makes a mistake, slips, but when someone serves God and fails, everyone looks and criticizes. Everyone looks at us as well as God who has the most important eyes. God has been looking at you and all of those who were born from God have the characteristics of a Christian in their DNA. It`s worthless blaming others for your mistakes or because you haven`t received yet. It`s worthless running away or denying to the Lord or even turning to idolatry. We have to have a serious commitment to God. Having a good or bad condition, we have to keep our thoughts in God. We have to have Job as an example. In Job 13: 15, he assured he lost hope, but he would defend his procedures and wouldn`t change or give up on the Lord. Our biggest commitment is with the Lord and it doesn`t matter what it might happen, we have to keep with Him. Look after your soul because we can`t kid God. Hand Him the living sacrifice, the true one from your heart. Pay attention to keep your commitment clear with Him.
