Have Jesus On Your Boat
Jesus will help you right away

When the Word of God reports - in Matthew 14.22 – the boat was far away, it suggests that those who were flogged by the wind as well as waves of the sea were away from Jesus. In life, whips hurts more when we are away from Jesus When we are flogged and are together with the Lord, the master blows, relieves us. But far from the Lord, the lashing hurts, and the disciples were far from the Lord, so they felt. On other occasions, while they were with the Lord, they were protected. Many people can't stand pain, sadness, the amount of lashes they suffer. I talk about the doors that close, friends that go, slanders, threats, illnesses, disappointments, sorrows, frustrations; common problems in the life of all of us, even with Jesus being on the boat. The difference is that when Jesus is on the boat, He tells the storm to calm down and the lashes stop. But when He's away, it's not like that. But there's something positive. Upon realizing that the disciples were far away, he went to stay with them, walking on the waters. Jesus was a man, who ate, slept, went to the bathroom and, in the history of mankind, had never seen anyone walk on the water. He did it for the first time to help those who were being flogged. I am sure that if you, who read, are being flogged, somehow Jesus is walking towards you. He did it and had no conditions or a boat. He certainly must have looked for a boat around, because he knew the impact that would cause someone to see a man walking on the waters. He knew what those men were going through hardship; He knows everything. You may think that no one knows what you go through, but Jesus is watching and, whether by boat, by car or walking on the water, he comes walking towards you.

Sometimes lashes are so strong, so violent, that the scourge does not perceive Jesus approaching, such disturbance and suffering. The messages, the testimonies, they form the vehicle that leads the Lord to your life. The disciples were so worried and troubled that they confused Jesus with a ghost. You may also confuse the work, but know, I speak of the same Jesus and every day he walks in the direction of someone, today, in his direction. In presenting himself to the disciples, Peter asked that if he were Jesus, he could go to the lord on the waters and he said: come. When Jesus tells you to go, go, because he has already enabled you. Peter descended from the boat and walked on the waters, to have with Jesus. The action of Jesus was atypical, supernatural, because of ridding the disciples of the lashes. Jesus approached them, but it is good to have him on his boat, awake, otherwise you will need to wake him when the storm comes. Peter went with Jesus and walked until he noticed the force of the wind. The wind is noisy, we've all seen its strength, we have received bad news and we have shaken ourselves, we care. If you know that Jesus is together, close to you, do not notice the force of the wind. Fear made Peter weakened, but even in fear he knew he had to cry out. Who of us, afraid of any situation, did not kneel and pray. Promptly, Jesus helped him. Jesus is always ready, present, at his disposal; an act of humility. Even if we are not always ready for the Lord, to say "Behold me here." They both went up to the boat together, which suggests that Jesus doesn't want us away from him, but together, in the same boat. The boat of Jesus may suffer contrary winds, but it does not sink, because Jesus is not any captain, he is the one who controls the winds and nature. Best thing you can do is be in the same boat as Jesus. On many more occasions, Jesus enters the boat and the miracle happens, storm calms, fish approaches and multiplies. With Jesus on the boat, we go ahead. Better to have Jesus on the boat than walking towards us.
