Trust in God and He will renew you

Like a tree that dries, God makes you bloom again and pour His blessings like water on your life

The theme of this year is the tree. Both the tree of life and the one planted next to rivers. There are many passages that mention the tree. In Job 14:1, the word of God affirms that man, the human being, are transients. None of us can say how long we will live. Of course, we hope to live more and more, but we can’t tell how many years we’re going to live. Only God knows everything about us and our days left. He loves us, takes care of us while our days are in His hands. Job went through a hard moment in the words of chapter 4. He believed that God looked at him, but He thought that the Lord was the one who put the illness in his life. While us have the privileges of knowing today that everything cooperates for the benefit of those who love God and are called under His purposes. Have in mind that everything you go through is for the glory of God. Job resembles the tree that yet dead, gives fruits. God wants our hope to be like the tree. When Job expressed himself in that way, he wanted to show that he was worse than the trees, because the tree yet dead, when is given water, renew its strength. Despite of what is your difficulty, God can transform you. Worst than the hardship that Job was going through, certainly you won’t live. Besides of Job thinking that God itself was putting problems upon him, Job surrendered because he thought that he wouldn’t leave this situation, unlike you, God says that He is with you and that He can do all things. Through the prophet Isaiah on chapter 44:2, God said that we shouldn’t be afraid, He can make the impossible happen and in the passage He compare us to a tree, saying that not only the tree can reborn, bloom and have another chance, but all of us, because God takes care of us.

Even though we fell afflicted, helpless, thinking that everything is lost, without a way to run, ready to dig a hole and hide until the wrath of the Lord ends. Job was a case humanly considered lost, despised by his family, by his own mother, God says that He can do everything and He wants to make your life better, despite the given situation.

We know that life is short. Job already expected that he would die, because he suffered. You can be in a difficult situation, complicated, thinking that there is no end or way out, but God says that He has the solution and will give it to you. The flowing water will fall upon the dry roots, and if you receive this message, you will find the victory you seek. God doesn’t want to bless you only. Put this in your heart and don’t surrender to sad thoughts because that’s what Satan wants to hear, waiting for you to give up because when someone gives up, it’s all over. If you want, you can go through. If you act through faith and don’t surrender to the devil’s whispers, you will achieve victory. In Job’s case, God let him go through all that to prove to Satan that Job truly loved God, despite all his belongings. Many doesn’t understand but the hardships that are put in your way are to your spiritual growth and to your great victory that is waiting for you ahead. In Jeremiah 17:5 says: “Cursed is the one who trusts in man, who draws strength from mere flesh”. We need each other but trusting only in God. We have to believe in people to live, but the final word comes from God. If you trust in man only, you won’t see any benefits coming to your life. If you don’t give up, it won’t be a drop of water that will help you but constant flows of water that will fall upon your life coming from heavens by God itself. Because it’s God that will help you, He is everything in your life and, if you trust Him, He will bless you. Who trusts in God is like a tree planted by the river. Who created you and nurtured you was the Lord so He wants you to be happy. We will face problems but we will win over all of them. I am a living witness of God’s power and love. Believe, God will change your history, make you bloom. He will do the impossible for you.
