Do not exchange your blessing for a plate of lentil

Nothing is more important than the reward that comes from God!

Lost opportunities never come back! I'll give you an example, to illustrate this, let's say you call the elevator, he arrives on your floor, but you're distracted and do not notice, he opens the door, waits a few seconds and closes, and when you realize, he's already going for another floor, did you understand? That trip in the elevator you lost, will not come back, you will need to call again and wait for him to return to your floor, that is, life is the same, you blinked, missed the opportunity. Perhaps this example above is not of great importance, but taking the idea to life, then it has great importance. The Holy Bible shows the passage of Jacob and Esau. Esau was in the field, and would return home hungry, Jacob took advantage of that situation to prepare a plate for his brother, but on the condition of winning the blessing of the birthright.

You know my brother, no matter what situation you are living in, do not exchange your life with God for a plate of lentil, nothing is more important than the reward that comes from God!

We see that Esau did not fully trust the Lord, because he let himself be carried away by the situation in which he was living. Then he repented, but it was no use, because that opportunity had passed, and nothing would cause the blessing of the birthright to return. With this passage, the Lord wants to change his people: "Let no man be a wicked one, or profane, like Esau, who for a meal sold his birthright. For you know that, when he wanted to inherit the blessing, he was rejected because he found no place for repentance, though he sought him with tears "(Hebrews 12: 16-17). Understand that the Bible does not talk about forgiveness, but about opportunity. Do not sell your life with God for situations! God bless your day!
