In the Hands of God

While you are under the mighty hand of the Lord you will always be protected

There are two kinds of desert: one that God leads you to forge your character and the one you enter through unhappy choices. The prophet Ezekiel was directed to a place of horror and death by the Spirit of the Lord. The scene was terrible, there were only dry bones, nothing capable of generating hope of life. But there was a divine purpose in every context: to prove to the world the power of the resurrection. And that's exactly what he experienced.

"The hand of the LORD has come upon me; he took me by the Spirit of the LORD and left me in the midst of a valley that was full of bones ... I prophesied as he had commanded me, and the spirit entered them, and they lived and stood up, a very numerous army " , Ezekiel 37: 1 and 10.

When it is God who leads us to a phase of trial, we can rest easy because we know that we are not abandoned and the end of history will be victory. But when we put ourselves in this situation, despair knocks on the door and we are stuck. We must understand and accept the time of difficulty as much as we accept the bonanza and, never forget, that it is only a short season compared to what we will live. It is in the difficulty that we grow in faith, we acquire incredible and striking experiences for our journey here on earth. I like to compare a resilient human being - someone who can reinvent himself and follow after many difficulties - into a tank of war. Whether on good soil or muddy, the car continues its journey to the end. He not only proceeds to the pre-established point, but also indifferent to the obstacle, passes over cars, destroys walls, there is nothing that can bar him. And you know the secret of the war tank? The mat that is between the wheels. It does not matter where it goes as long as its wheels remain protected by the treadmill. Likewise, it is your life. As long as you remain faithful and obey the direction God has given you, you will be protected. Now, the moment you step out under the mighty hand of the Lord you must begin to worry. Father loves to take care of every detail of your day, stay under that cover. God bless your day!
