No matter where you are
If we are in the highest place or deepest abyss there God will be with us

By: Apostle Valdemiro Santiago
"That person is in heaven." Very popular, this expression is often used to express the mood of people who are living a very good phase. In more formal language, King David had already used Psalm 139, verse 8, to talk about God's faithfulness in following us through every moment of our lives.
"If I ascend to heaven, there you are; if I make my bed in the deepest pit, there art also", Psalm 139: 8.
This is a figure of speech. What David tried to say was that if he was well, conquering, overcoming, the Lord would be with him. "Rising to the heavens" suggests success, joy. If I faced a bad phase, I would be there too. The deep abyss represents the difficult situations, the nights in clear, the days of weeping. Even in these circumstances there is something positive for those who are firm with God: to know that indifferent to the phase, you will not be alone; Jesus is still on the boat with the troubled waters. God bless your day!
