The bitter of God
If God offered you a bitter coffee, would you sweeten it?

I like coffee very much and, to my liking, it was always to drink it sweetened with sugar until a few months ago when I began to taste the pure, very bitter coffee. What used to be bad for me is already becoming a habit. I still like sweet things, I can even eat a chocolate pie, but the coffee that will accompany it will be bitter. I began to like what was disgusting to my taste. We also need to be flexible in our life situations. It is time to learn to accept the bitter of God. Or, do you consider yourself capable of "putting sugar" in the will of the Almighty?
"All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting, and training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be perfect and perfectly qualified for every good work." 2 Timothy 3:16 and 17.
The whole Bible is inspired by God, that is, it was born of His thought. He chose to influence every phrase written there in order to prepare us for something. It is impossible for a challenge to have no purpose. If a person can not see anything in a situation and only complains, he is acting in ignorance, despising the opportunity to learn. Now, when he does not see, he asks for the Creator's help, he shows humility and interest in growing up. The Lord's desire is that you be prepared for every good work! And that goes through the steps of accepting God's sweet and bitter. Not always the words you hear will sound like soft music. In John 6:60 and 66 we observe Jesus being abandoned by some disciples who considered his speech "too hard." Christ will oppose us in many moments. This is part of the process of maturing of the faith and formation of our character as people and spiritual beings. As long as you fight against this sovereign will, you will live in failure. When you surrender, all will be well! David already recorded this in Psalm 37, verse 4: "Delight yourself in the LORD, and he will fulfill the desires of your heart." God bless your day!
