"My relatives have forsaken me, and my acquaintances have forgotten me." Job 19:14 Job's own wife turned her back on him and God, and they were accustomed to a full life, and when all things changed, he saw himself alone, but yet Job stood firm with the Lord, even though he believed that evil was from God. Job suffered much suffering, he felt lonely. "Those who take shelter in my house and my handmaids find me strange, and I am a stranger in their own eyes," Job 19:15. While Job supplied the need for everyone in his home, he had value, but when he was broke and unhealthy, he had no more value. So it is with us, when we have something to offer, everyone wants us close, but when we need something from our neighbors, we see that we are forgotten.

"I call my servant, and he does not answer me; I have to plead with him, myself. My breath is intolerable to my wife, and by the foul smell I am disgusting to my mother's children. Even the children despise me, and wanting me to rise, they mock me. All my close friends abhor me, and even the ones I loved turned against me. My bones cling to my skin and my flesh, and I have been saved only by the skin of my teeth. Have mercy on me, my friends, have mercy on me, for the hand of God has struck me, "Job 19: 16-21.

Job was like a tree, he offered shade to all, but one day he had nothing left, and when he needed it most, he had no friends, family, servants, but in this moment of pain he saw that only one he stood beside him, the Most High, and did not despise him. "I wish I had written my words now! I wish it were recorded in a book! That, with an iron pen and lead, they should always be carved in the rock! For I know that my Redeemer liveth and shall stand on the earth at last. And after this my body is clothed with my skin, I will see God in my flesh, "Job 19:23 to 26. Job wanted his story recorded, because deep down he knew God was with him, that situation would change. And that's exactly what happened. "The LORD changed the lot of Job, when he prayed for his friends; and the LORD gave him double of all that he had formerly. And all his brethren, and all his sisters, and all that before knew him, and did eat with him in his house, and were moved with him, and they comforted him of all the evil that the LORD had sent him; each one gave him money and a ring of gold. ", Job 42:10, 11. God gave everything double for Job, we also see that when he did not need it, the relatives returned and stayed with him, but it was no longer precise. If you are feeling lonely, as Job felt, stand firm, seeking the Lord, and have this story as an example. God is before all things, before your friends, before your conquests, understand that God does not need what you have, but He wants your heart to live. You have value to him because when He gave Jesus for your life, He knew that you had nothing to give in return, and yet He gave you His most accurate possession. God bless your day!
