Pray even if you have the promise

Elijah prayed without ceasing even though the Lord had promised the promise

"And Elijah said unto Ahab, Go up, eat, and drink: for the noise of abundant rain is heard," 1 Kings 18:41.

There are two kinds of men, the spiritual and the carnal. The difficulties are different and the satan wants us to live the carnal man, so that we may doubt Jesus Christ. But the Lord wants us to have His vision.

You will only win in life, when you leave the carnal, defeated man and act as one who knows the scriptures of the Lord. When you are directly connected in the spiritual world, you are seeing things that in the world you do not see, you hear things that in the world you can not hear. You prophesy what the world does not believe in and waits for things that for the carnal gaze is impossible. For we believe in the supernatural. All who believe in the Lord, in the greatness that only He does. No need to wait for a signal to see that victory will happen. The Christian only needs the promise of God to celebrate the victory. "And the seventh time he said, Behold, there cometh a little cloud out of the sea, as the palm of the man's hand. And he said, Go up and say to Ahab, Set thy car, and go down, lest the rain stop thee. Soon the heavens became black with clouds and wind, and great rain fell. Ahab got into the car and went to Jezreel. The hand of the LORD came upon Elijah, and he girded his loins and ran before Ahab to the entrance of Jezreel. "2 Kings 18: 44-46. You must see with the spiritual eyes and have the faith that Elijah had, that is, with the promise of the Word of our Lord. God had promised the rain to Elijah, instead of waiting, he went to pray and seek more to have a confirmation of what the Lord promised him. When the Father promises you something, further intensify your quest to confirm the promise in your life. God who works in the impossible and fulfills when we seek intensely, constantly without ceasing. When the Lord promises you something, bend your knee and pray hard for confirmation of the promise to come. May your day be blessed!
