Joseph was imprisoned and yet God was with him

“And the lord of Joseph took him, and cast him into prison, where the king's prisoners were imprisoned; there he was in prison, ”Genesis 39:20.

When you seek God, your heart fills with hope. Hope comes from the Lord. Even if you seek hope in the Lord, some things happen to shake you, to destroy your hope, to destroy your faith.

Joseph expected to be very blessed, and he was one of the most faithful among Jacob's sons. One day Joseph was sold by his brothers, was taken away and sold. And a lot of bad things happened to Joseph, but God never left him. “But the LORD was with Joseph, and was kind to him, and gave him favor before the jailer; He entrusted into the hands of Joseph all the prisoners in the prison. and he did all that was to be done there. And the jailer had no regard for all things that were in Joseph's hand, because the LORD was with him, and all that he did the LORD prospered. ”, Genesis 39: 21-23. There are situations that happen in your life that seem to have no solution, and it will only have no solution if you are not in God. For being the Lord in your life, whatever may be, may be any adversity, He will do impossible things to help you. Joseph was imprisoned and yet God was with him. God can make you prosper wherever you are, just as He did with Joseph. Joseph never lost heart, he knew that everything that happened, everything he received came from the Lord Jesus. And he attributed to God all that he received good. You need to attribute to God the good you receive, because the bad we sometimes plant ourselves. But God only does good to you. God is always with you, just pay attention to what He does for you. Only with Him who will overcome great things in your life. For He is always with you. May God bless your life!
