Trusting in god

The Lord is your shield, don't be afraid, you've already won this battle.

“Lord, how has the number of my adversaries grown! Many stand against me. Many say to me, “There is no salvation in God to him”, Psalm 3: 1-2.

David's opponents were counting on his defeat. They were confident that David would be defeated. You are already waiting for the adversities, the problems, the attacks on you, from those who only wish you the bad.

But David was in a very sad moment, for one of his adversaries was his own son Absalom. As much as David was going through this sad and delicate moment of his life, he did not let himself be shaken and remained confident in the Lord, he did not give up, he did not suffer, he did not accept defeat. Unfortunately there are people who with little problem already give up everything and let it be defeated with little. “But you, LORD, are my shield, you are my glory and the one who exalts my head. I cry to the LORD with my voice, and he answers me from his holy mountain, ”Psalm 3: 3-4. Perhaps you are in the same situation as David, your own adversary is your son, your father, or someone in the family. But do not let it afflict you, do not let it overwhelm your soul. Trust in the Lord, He has power to reverse all history. Your faith must be great for the Lord to do the impossible in your life. You need to be with the Lord all the time, because God has the solution to everything and every problem that makes you sad. Do not be outraged at the people who want your bad, there are people who do not like to see happiness in each other. But know that if you are in Jesus, no one takes anything away from you. God is your insurance, your shield. He is with you in every fight, in every adversity, in every battle. Trust Him that God will help you and never forsake you. “I lie down and fall asleep; I agree, for the LORD upholds me. I am not afraid of thousands of people standing against me on every side, ”Psalm 3: 5-6. The Lord is your shield, do not be afraid, you have already won this battle. May God bless your day!
