Create positive expectations and be obedient

By: Apostle Valdemiro Santiago
Should we ask ourselves whether we are creating negative or positive expectations about our lives?
And Elijah said to him, Do not be afraid; go and do according to your word; but make this a small cake for me first and bring it out to me; then you will do for yourself and your son. For thus says the LORD, God of Israel: The flour in the pot will not run out, and the oil in the jar will not be lacking, until the day when the LORD rains on the earth. 1 Kings 17: 13-14
Elijah took the first step of obedience, faith and confidence in traveling for days, making his sacrifice to go so far for the Lord. The widow did not have much to offer Elias and was being very negative, but she decided to obey the word and reaped the benefit of this attitude, just as she must be obedient, we are experiencing moments of many struggles, but of many victories as well, as miracles every day through the Lord. Bad news will come to you, but it can't shake you, don't expect the worst to happen, trust and obey. The pan did not run out of flour, and the oil was not lacking, according to the word of the Lord, who had spoken for Elijah's ministry. 1Kings 17:16 One of the characteristics of God's presence is the supply of your needs, when you allow the Lord to be present in your life, abundance and abundance are constant things, do like the widow, choose to obey and reap good fruits. Do not deny the word it is alive and effective !!! Invest, apply your heart, accept the call and God will honor you! Have a blessed afternoon!
