Your faith must be grounded in God

In those days, Hezekiah fell ill with a deadly disease; The prophet Isaiah the son of Amoz came to him and said to him, Thus saith the LORD, Set your house in order, for you will die and not live. Isaiah 38: 1.

Every day we hear news, whether it is bad or good, but we always receive a lot of information throughout the day. Sometimes we give credit to people who are happy to give news that will shake and upset us. But when it comes from God it is something extraordinary.

Then Hezekiah turned his face to the wall and prayed to the LORD. And he said, Remember, Lord, I beg you, that I walked before you with faithfulness, with wholeheartedness, and did what was right in your eyes; and wept a lot. Isaiah 38: 2-3. It is important to have an extremely fixed connection with God, because there will be times in our life that there will be no one to help us but the Lord Jesus. No one will be able to reverse the situation except the Lord. Your faith must be established in God, not in other people, because there are people who, instead of helping, will hinder and even shake you. So, stick to what the Lord has for you. It is very important that you have a life of prayer, just as Hezekiah did, we must take an example! For this is how we are going to create a bond with God. Don't look for other people to solve your problem, only God who can help you! May you have a blessed day.
